Uslovi korišćenja platforme ServisTrg.me

1. O platformi

ServisTrg.me je online tržište usluga koje povezuje korisnike (tražitelje usluga) sa pružaocima usluga (pružaoci usluga, IT stručnjaci, dizajneri i drugi profesionalci) na teritoriji Crne Gore. Platforma pruža tehnički okvir za pronalazak, komunikaciju i dogovaranje usluga — a ne direktno izvršava usluge.

Korišćenjem platforme potvrđujete da ste pročitali, razumjeli i prihvatili ove Uslove korišćenja. Ako se ne slažete, prestanite s korišćenjem platforme.

2. Registracija i nalozi

Registracija je besplatna za sve korisnike i pružaoce usluga. Da biste se registrovali, morate:

  • Imati najmanje 18 godina
  • Navesti tačne i kompletne podatke
  • Čuvati tajnost vaše lozinke
  • Odmah obavijestiti platformu o neovlaštenom pristupu vašem nalogu

Jedan korisnik smije imati samo jedan nalog. Zabranjeno je kreirati lažne naloge ili se lažno predstavljati.

3. Odgovornosti korisnika

Kao korisnik (tražilac usluge) obavezujete se da:

  • Postavljate isključivo stvarne, namjeravane zahtjeve za uslugama
  • Komunicirate s pružaocima pošteno i u dobroj vjeri
  • Plaćate dogovorenu cijenu direktno pružaocu nakon završetka posla
  • Ostavljate isključivo istinite recenzije zasnovane na stvarnom iskustvu
  • Ne zloupotrebljavate sistem recenzija

4. Odgovornosti pružalaca usluga

Kao pružalac usluge obavezujete se da:

  • Navedete tačne informacije o kvalifikacijama, iskustvu i uslugama koje nudite
  • Izvršite dogovorenu uslugu na profesionalan i savjestan način
  • Ne tražite uplatu van platforme ako je komunikacija uspostavljena putem platforme
  • Posjedujete sve potrebne dozvole, licence i osiguranje za usluge koje nudite (ukoliko zakon to propisuje)
  • Ne lažno predstavljate sebe ili svoju kompaniju

Free paket i provizija

Pružaoci na Free paketu podliježu proviziji od 10% na vrijednost svakog završenog posla. Provizija se prati na bazi povjerenja: kada korisnik označi posao kao završen, platforma evidentira tu transakciju. Pružalac je dužan platiti proviziju prema uputstvima platforme.

Pružaoci na Pro (€20/mj) ili Premium (€35/mj) paketu ne plaćaju proviziju — zadržavaju 100% zarade. Plaćanje paketa se vrši ručno, prema uputstvima administratora platforme.

5. Zabranjena ponašanja

Zabranjeno je:

  • Objavljivanje lažnih, obmanjujućih ili uvredljivih sadržaja
  • Pokušaj zaobilaženja platforme radi sklapanja poslova van sistema
  • Slanje neželjenih poruka (spam) ili uznemiravanje drugih korisnika
  • Postavljanje sadržaja koji krši autorska prava ili prava trećih lica
  • Korišćenje automatizovanih alata za prikupljanje podataka s platforme
  • Kreiranje lažnih recenzija ili ocjena
  • Pokušaj hakerskog napada ili narušavanja sigurnosti platforme

Platforma zadržava pravo da ukloni svaki sadržaj i/ili deaktivira nalog koji krši ova pravila.

6. Pretplate i paketi

Paketi (Pro i Premium) se naplaćuju na mjesečnoj osnovi. Plaćanje se vrši ručno (bankarski transfer ili drugi dogovoreni način) na osnovu zahtjeva koji se šalje putem dashboard-a. Paket se aktivira nakon potvrde uplate.

Platforma zadržava pravo promjene cijena uz prethodnu obavijest od najmanje 30 dana. Korisnici koji su već u pretplati neće imati izmjenu cijene tokom tekućeg obračunskog perioda.

7. Gašenje naloga

Možete ugasiti nalog u bilo kom trenutku slanjem zahtjeva na info@servistrg.me. Platforma može deaktivirati nalog bez prethodne najave u slučaju kršenja ovih Uslova.

Nakon gašenja, svi vaši podaci će biti obrisani u skladu s Politikom privatnosti. Obaveze nastale tokom aktivnog korišćenja (dugovi prema platformi, plaćanja pružaocima) ostaju na snazi i nakon gašenja naloga.

8. Ograničenje odgovornosti

Platforma ServisTrg.me je posrednički servis. Ne garantuje kvalitet, sigurnost niti zakonitost usluga koje pruža ili traži bilo koji korisnik. Platforma nije odgovorna za:

  • Štete nastale nesavjesnim izvršavanjem usluga od strane pružaoca
  • Sporove između korisnika i pružalaca
  • Gubitak prihoda, podataka ili posla uslijed korišćenja ili nemogućnosti korišćenja platforme
  • Sadržaj koji postavljaju treća lica

Ukupna odgovornost platforme prema korisniku ne može prelaziti iznos koji je korisnik platio platformi u posljednjih 12 mjeseci.

9. Primjenljivo pravo

Ovi Uslovi korišćenja uređeni su zakonima Crne Gore. Za rješavanje svih sporova nadležni su sudovi u Podgorici, Crna Gora, osim ako nije drugačije dogovoreno.

Terms of Service — ServisTrg.me

1. About the Platform

ServisTrg.me is an online services marketplace that connects users (service seekers) with service providers (tradespeople, IT professionals, designers, and other professionals) in Montenegro. The platform provides a technical framework for discovering, communicating, and arranging services — it does not perform the services itself.

By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please stop using the platform.

2. Registration and Accounts

Registration is free for all users and service providers. To register, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your password confidential
  • Notify the platform immediately of any unauthorised access to your account

Each person may hold only one account. Creating fake accounts or impersonating others is prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user (service seeker), you agree to:

  • Post only genuine, intended service requests
  • Communicate with providers honestly and in good faith
  • Pay the agreed price directly to the provider upon completion of the work
  • Leave only truthful reviews based on real experience
  • Not abuse the review or rating system

4. Provider Responsibilities

As a service provider, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your qualifications, experience, and offered services
  • Perform agreed services in a professional and diligent manner
  • Hold all required permits, licences, and insurance for your services where required by law
  • Not misrepresent yourself or your company

Free Package and Commission

Providers on the Free package are subject to a 10% commission on the value of each completed job. Commission is tracked on an honour basis: when a user marks a job as completed, the platform records the transaction. The provider is responsible for paying the commission as directed by the platform.

Providers on the Pro (€20/month) or Premium (€35/month) package pay no commission — they keep 100% of their earnings. Package payments are made manually according to instructions from the platform administrator.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited:

  • Publishing false, misleading, or offensive content
  • Attempting to circumvent the platform to conduct business outside the system
  • Sending unsolicited messages (spam) or harassing other users
  • Posting content that infringes copyright or third-party rights
  • Using automated tools to scrape data from the platform
  • Creating fake reviews or ratings
  • Attempting to hack or compromise the security of the platform

The platform reserves the right to remove any content and/or deactivate any account that violates these rules.

6. Subscriptions and Packages

Packages (Pro and Premium) are billed on a monthly basis. Payment is made manually (bank transfer or other agreed method) upon request submitted through the dashboard. The package is activated after payment is confirmed.

The platform reserves the right to change prices with at least 30 days' prior notice. Existing subscribers will not be subject to a price change during their current billing period.

Refund details are set out in the separate Refund Policy.

7. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by sending a request to info@servistrg.me. The platform may deactivate an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms.

After closure, your data will be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Obligations incurred during active use (amounts owed to the platform, payments to providers) remain enforceable after account closure.

8. Limitation of Liability

ServisTrg.me is an intermediary service. It does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered or requested by any user. The platform is not liable for:

  • Damages caused by negligent service delivery by a provider
  • Disputes between users and providers
  • Loss of revenue, data, or business arising from use or inability to use the platform
  • Content posted by third parties

The platform's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to the platform in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Montenegro. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Podgorica, Montenegro, unless otherwise agreed.
