1. Pretplate
ServisTrg.me nudi dvije plaćene pretplate za pružaoce usluga:
- Pro — €20/mjesec
- Premium — €35/mjesec
Pretplate se aktiviraju manuelno od strane administratora platforme nakon potvrde uplate. Naknada za pretplatu se naplaćuje unaprijed za svaki obračunski period.
2. Politika povrata
Nakon što obračunski period počne, povrat sredstava nije moguć.
Sredstva se ne vraćaju u sljedećim situacijama:
- Ako ste zaboravili da koristite nalog tokom perioda pretplate
- Ako ste odlučili da promijenite plan tokom aktivnog perioda
- Ako je vaš nalog suspendovan zbog kršenja Uslova korišćenja
Izuzetno, povrat može biti odobren ako dođe do tehničke greške na strani platforme koja je onemogućila korišćenje usluge. Zahtjev za povrat u takvim slučajevima šaljite na: kontakt@servistrg.me
3. Kako otkazati pretplatu
Da biste otkazali pretplatu, kontaktirajte nas na: kontakt@servistrg.me
U poruci navedite:
- Vaš e-mail vezan za nalog na platformi
- Naziv plana koji otkazujete (Pro ili Premium)
- Datum od kojeg želite da prestane pretplata
Odgovorićemo u roku od 2 radna dana.
4. Šta se dešava nakon otkazivanja
Nakon otkazivanja, vaš nalog ostaje aktivan do kraja trenutnog obračunskog perioda. Po isteku tog perioda, nalog se automatski prebacuje na Free plan sa sljedećim ograničenjima:
- Maksimalno 5 ponuda mjesečno
- Nema portfolia slika (postojeće slike biće uklonjene)
- 10% provizija na završene poslove
- Bez "Istaknuti" oznake (samo Premium)
Vaš profil, recenzije i istorija ponuda ostaju sačuvani.

ServisTrg.me offers two paid subscription tiers for service providers:
- Pro — €20/month
- Premium — €35/month
Subscriptions are activated manually by the platform administrator after payment confirmation. The subscription fee is charged in advance for each billing period.
2. Refund Policy
Once a billing period has started, refunds are not available.
Refunds are not issued in the following situations:
- You forgot to use your account during the subscription period
- You decided to change your plan mid-period
- Your account was suspended for violating the Terms of Service
Exceptionally, a refund may be granted if a technical error on the platform prevented you from using the service. To request a refund in such cases, contact: kontakt@servistrg.me
3. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, contact us at: kontakt@servistrg.me
Include in your message:
- Your account email address
- The plan you are cancelling (Pro or Premium)
- The date from which you want the subscription to stop
We will respond within 2 business days.
4. What Happens After Cancellation
After cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. When that period ends, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan with the following limits:
- Maximum 5 offers per month
- No portfolio images (existing images will be removed)
- 10% commission on completed jobs
- No "Featured" badge (Premium only)
Your profile, reviews, and offer history are preserved.
